Joe Young (Trey Parker) is a handsome young Mormon who has come to Hollywood to find new converts for Jesus. Stumbling upon the set of a pornographic movie produced by Maxxx Orbison (Michael Dean Jacobs), Joe is attacked by angry guards. Impressed by Joe's flashy moves as he defends himself, producer Orbison makes Joe an offer even a good Mormon cannot refuse-thousands of dollars to play Captain Orgazmo, the virile superhero who uses his Orgazmorator to combat sex offenders. Since Joe needs a bundle of money to pay for his upcoming marriage to Lisa (Robyn Lynne Raab), a devout Mormon who has her heart set on a wedding at the pricey Mormon Temple, he reluctantly accepts Orbison's offer.
From this moment on, Joe is "porn again" as Captain Orgazmo. In the film, Joe teams with MIT graduate Ben Chapleski (Dian Bachar), who plays his diminutive sidekick, Choda-boy, a crimefighter who uses unusual sex toys to fight crime. A brilliant inventor, Ben has created a real orgazmorator - a weapon that stuns and incapacitates criminals with intense orgasms. Life imitates "art" when Captain Orgazmo and Choda-boy start using their powers in real life.
Amazingly, the first Captain Orgazmo video is so successful that Joe finds himself starring in sequels, even though he would rather be with LISA back in Salt Lake City. He is horrified when Lisa turns up in Los Angeles and learns the truth about his acting career. Because he loves her, Joe agrees to quit the business once and for all, a decision Orbison finds unacceptable.
Orbison orders his men to kidnap Lisa, knowing he can use her to change Joe's' mind about acting in the sequels. But Joe and Ben refuse to be intimidated. Disguising themselves, they come to Lisa's rescue. Orbison is overpowered by the Orgazmorator and his den of iniquity is destroyed.
Just as Lisa and Joe prepare to leave Los Angeles, Lisa realizes that Joe has a higher calling. He must stay in Los Angeles and fight crime. Wherever there is crime to fight, Captain Orgazmo will be there.
